中心简介


西南特色药用生物资源开发利用教育部工程研究中心(以下简称中心)坚持以立足西南特色药用生物资源,服务健康中国和乡村振兴的国家战略为定位;以深度挖掘西南特色生物资源、全面提高科技创新和成果转化能力,促进生物医药行业发展为目标。以地域资源优势的西南特色药用生物资源为研究对像,开展生物资源收集、分类研究、功能化验证、机理探究、药剂研发、中试生产和规模产业推广的工程化应用。其特色主要体现在以下三个方面:

在学术研究领域,5年来中心发表近100篇高水平SCI论文,为贵州大学“植物与动物科学”进入全球ESI1%0.2%)先进学科做出了重要贡献。

在成果应用工程化领域,中心拥有专为实验室研发成果到产业化实施的工程化验证体系,即实验室研发--小试--中试--产业化。主要为西南药用生物资源活性成分提取分离、结构修饰和微生物发酵提供工程验证,并实现多种产品规模生产。近5年来中心分别在“优质高效食药用菌生产技术”、“银杏全产业链关键技术及产业化”、“艾纳香全产业链质量提升及产业化推广技术”、“刺梨贮藏及产品开发技术突破及共性关键技术应用”和“天麻和石斛仿野生高效栽培技术” 5项工程技术中取得了突破,新增产值共计59.016亿元。

在平台建设和人才培养方面,中心为贵州大学的独立正处级建制单位,其科学研究及工程化平台总使用面积为5134平方米,设备总价值为3029万元。建成有“生物资源开发利用技术平台”和“工程化验证小试中试平台”,含盖了生物资源开发利用最前端基础的微生物的分类学,中段的活性物质及其功效机制研究的药物化学、生物化学、和分子生物学以及应用推广终端的发酵工程学、植化工程学和制剂学等,从生物资源发现、基础研究和工程化规模应用推广,一站式完成。具有培养学术和工程化专业人材的完备条件和能力。

The Engineering and Research Center for Southwest Bio-pharmaceutical Resource of National Education Ministry of China short name: The Centeris based on the southwest's unique biological resources, serving the national strategies of Healthy China and rural revitalization; it aims to thoroughly investigate the southwest's unique biological resources, comprehensively improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and promote the development of the biopharmaceutical industry. Using the southwest's unique medicinal biological resources and regional resource facilities as subjects, the center conducts research related to the applications of biological resources, taxonomy research, functional verification, mechanism investigation, drug development, pilot production, and large-scale industrial promotion. The center’s hallmarks are based on the following three aspects:

In the area of academic research: the center has published approximately 100 high-level SCI papers in the last five years, providing significant contributions to Guizhou University's "Plant and Animal Sciences", ranking in the top 1% (0.2%) of the world's ESI advanced disciplines.

In the field of engineering application: the center has an engineering verification system designed for the implementation of laboratory research and development results to industrialization, laboratory research and development - small tests - pilot tests - industrialisation. It primarily provides engineering verification for the extraction and isolation of active compounds, structural modification, and microbial fermentation of medicinal biological resources from the Southwest, as well as the large-scale production of various products. In the last five years, the center has made breakthroughs in five engineering technologies: "high-quality and efficient edible and medicinal fungi production technology," "key technology and industrialization of the entire industrial chain of Ginkgo," "quality improvement and industrialization promotion technology of the entire industrial chain of Blumea balsamifera," "Technical breakthroughs in storage and product development of Rosa roxburghii and application of common key technologies," and "wild-simulated efficient cultivation technology of Gastrodia elata and Dendrobium" with a total added value of 5.9016 billion yuan.

In terms of platform construction and talent training: The center's scientific research and engineering platform spans 5,134 square meters and costs 30.29 million yuan in equipment. It has built a "bioresource development and utilization technology platform" and an "engineering verification pilot test platform," covering the taxonomy of microorganisms at the forefront of bioresource development and utilization, medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology for mid-stage active compounds and their effects and mechanism research, and fermentation engineering, phytochemical engineering, and pharmacology at the application and promotion terminal. It includes biological resource discovery, basic research, engineering-scale application, and promotion, all in one platform. It has the necessary setting and assets to train academic and engineering experts.
